For all our prospective employers we can guarantee that every effort will be made to find just the right child carer who will fit easily into your household and help to make your family life run as smoothly as possible.
All our carers have either already obtained a recent Records check or are in the process of obtaining one (this can take up to eight weeks), have been interviewed by the agency and their references and qualifications verified.
Once you have registered, either by printing off an application form and terms of business from this site, or applied by phone or e-mail you will receive information on scale of pay and job descriptions, our fees, and helpful leaflets to aid you in your decision to become an employer.
Early Birds can set up interviews and supply you with a helpful guide as to what questions to ask.
Prior to your carer's start date you will receive a “Nanny Pack”. Within this there are details you will need to know about becoming an employer, Tax and National Insurance, contract guidelines and model contracts, mileage logs and tips on how to keep your nanny happy.
Early Birds also offers an eight week aftercare plan which consists of periodic contact, either by phone or post, to ensure that you are thoroughly satisfied with your choice of employee and to assist you with any problems which may arise. |
